Take time to enjoy what God has made and then say thank you.

It doesn't really matter which part of the world we live in, there is always something in nature to grab our attention and make us ponder the supernatural if we are willing to go there.

Psalm 19 says this, "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands."

So the next time your bent on checking your email for the fiftieth time today on your wifi device -- don't. Sit down in a park, stroll through the woods or whatever works for you and focus on the beauty around you. Enjoy it and reflect on it. Then say thank you to God.

This is good for the soul.
