If you've seen my oil paintings you will know right away that I'm a big fan of the Group of Seven. I' ve finally been able to adapt that love into my illustrations.
The little guy in the foreground is Mikey Hike. He's a concept character that I think would be an excellent guide for children to introduce them to the rugged beauty found in the Canadian landscape.
Your comments would be welcome if there is an insight you may have to make this a viable idea.
