Illustration Friday - Imagination

Taking an everyday object such as a pine, and playfully interpreting it using your imagination is probably one of the most pleasurable things anyone can do.
Pines are found all over the world and here in Ontario, Canada they are everywhere. When I look upon God's creation, beauty is found in everything -- then He takes extra care to dot the landscape with even more beautiful features.
The White Pine has to be one of these features. Each one has its own unique shape and beauty. Some are straight, others bent by years of harsh wind exposure. I love to work these into my paintings, drawings and illustrations.
 Next time you're outdoors, consider the pine and then consider the one who made it -- his name is Jesus.
